Life Lately // 4
Rooftop lunch at Stella’s. That’s a view of downtown Minneapolis from our table. This is a great place, even if you’re not into seafood (like me). Jalapeño skillet cornbread? Yes, please.
A stretch at the end of Nicky and Penny’s afternoon nap. When Nicky is gone, Penny begs me to take an afternoon nap. Not gonna happen, sorry buddy.
I “Pinned-it-and-(sorta)-did-it!” Steel cut oats in a jar from Vintage Mixer. Only, I didn’t use jars. Because all my 16-ouncers are busy holding other things right now. This turned out very well, and I plan on making this again for sure.

Also, three major fails lately:
- One terrifying near-death experience with a girdle.
- A disappointing encounter with self-tanner.
- A big craft fail that I will share in more detail shortly.
