Valentine Smack-Down: Mix Tape
Nothin’ says lovin’ like a good old mix tape. Since the cassette has gone the way of the messenger pigeon, I’ve made a little CD booklet and back cover for you to use instead (people still burn CDs, right?). Click the link below the images to download the full-size (2 page) PDF and print. Score the fold line on the booklet first, then trim around the images following the crop marks (careful — just trim around the edges of the image so that the marks stay in place). Make your mix, fill out your booklet and back cover, and insert into an old or empty jewel case. Alright, I already have Journey playing through my head . . .

If you’re having trouble coming up with a love mix, here’s a little list to help you along (compiled by my friends and me). Please feel free to add your own suggestions:

In Spite of Ourselves, John Prine
